Straight outta Baltimore, Emotional Support is your friendly neighborhood emo cover band, here to perform the songs you made your AIM away message about. We specialize in bringing the MySpace era of pop punk and emo back to life, one eyeliner-smudged banger at a time.

From Taking Back Sunday to Mayday Parade, Fall Out Boy to The Used, we throw it back to the golden age of heartbreak anthems and skinny jeans so tight they squeaked.

Our live shows are part concert, part group therapy, and 100% chaos in the best way. Whether you're crying on the dance floor or screaming the bridge like your ex can still hear you—you're one of us now.

The perfect Emotional Support fan probably still has their 2004 Warped Tour ticket stub in a drawer somewhere, and just threw their Warped Tour 2025 wristband on top of it. They know every word to “Cute Without the 'e'” both Adam and Johns parts, and aren't embarrassed pushing their way to the front of the stage to sing them.

Their eyeliner is on point, the hair is perfectly asymmetrical, the star and bird tattoos are starting to fade and they understand that sometimes the best form of therapy is yelling “I HOPE YOU CHOKE AND DIE” in a room full of strangers who totally get it.
